  • Obtain the Incident Response Plan and related procedures, examine the documents and perform the following:


PCI-12.9.3: Verify via observation and review of policies, that there is 24/7 incident response and monitoring coverage for any evidence of unauthorized activity, critical IDS alerts, and/or reports of unauthorized critical system or content file changes.
